FROM HABIT TO HEALTH: FINTECHS ROLE IN ELEVATING RETAIL INVESTORS FINANCIAL WELL BEING

The increase of financial technology (fintech) has transfigured the investment setting, offering retail investors state-of-the-art tools to augment their monetary practices. The studies core objectives include recognising the significant determinants driving fintech acceptance amongst retail investors, and evaluating the impact of fintech usage on their financial health. Leveraging an integrated theoretical framework, the study employs primary data collection and advanced statistical techniques to evaluate the interplay between fintech engagement and financial outcomes. To understand the retail investors determinants of fintech adoption, UTAUT2 model has been extended in this study. The Financial Health Framework established by Financial Health Pulse aids in building the financial health score. SEM model has been applied to analyse the causal relationship b/w variables. The outcomes highlight that performance, facilitatingconditions, effortexpectancy, financial literacy pricevalue, & perceived risk significantly effect fintech adoption. Also, there is a favourable association b/w the fintech usage frequency and upgraded financial health indicators, such as , savings rates , budgeting efficiency, and management of debt.
