The mLAC Journal for Arts, Commerce and Sciences (m-JACS) is committed to promoting high-quality academic research and ensuring open access to scholarly publications. As part of this commitment:

• No Fees: There are no charges for manuscript submission, peer review, or publication.

• Funding: The journal is fully funded by Maharani Lakshmi Ammanni College for Women, Bengaluru, India.

• Future Changes: The journal reserves the right to revise this policy in the future. Any introduction of Article Processing Charges (APCs) will be transparently announced in advance.
