Dear Readers, Contributors, and Esteemed Members of the Academic Community,
It gives me great pride and joy to present Volume 3, Issue 3 of the mLAC Journal for Arts, Commerce and Sciences (m-JACS)—a multidisciplinary, peer-reviewed, open-access journal of Maharani Lakshmi Ammanni College for Women (Autonomous).
This issue continues to strengthen our vision of fostering interdisciplinary scholarship and academic innovation. We are delighted to share that our consistent efforts in ensuring quality research and global accessibility have borne fruit. Following our inclusion in J-Gate, our application to the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ) has entered its final review stage. This marks a decisive step toward our larger aspiration of being indexed in Scopus and the Web of Science by early to mid-2026.
In keeping with our mission to nurture inclusivity and innovation, this issue carries a diverse range of articles spanning social sciences, commerce, literature, education, and applied sciences, reflecting the vibrancy of interdisciplinary research in contemporary academia.
As we move closer to completing two years of publication, I take this opportunity to sincerely thank our authors, reviewers, editorial team, advisory board, and readers whose unwavering support has elevated m-JACS into a credible scholarly platform within a short span of time.
To further strengthen our peer-review process and expand our editorial reach, m-JACS is now inviting applications from academicians with strong scholarly credentials and prior editorial or reviewing experience to join our Reviewers’ Panel and Editorial Board. We believe your expertise can significantly contribute to our mission of academic excellence and integrity. Please send your expression of interest to mjacs@mlacw.edu.in
I warmly invite you to engage with the articles in this issue and to continue contributing your scholarly work to m-JACS. Together, let us strive to advance research that is impactful, inclusive, and globally relevant.
With gratitude and best wishes,
Dr. Sushil Kumar Middha
Editor-in-Chief
