We are thrilled to announce the release of the 4th issue (Vol. 2 No. 3, 2024) of mJACS Journal. With this milestone, we are now eligible to apply for inclusion in the UGC CARE List, and we will be submitting our application shortly. This is a significant step forward in our journey to uphold academic rigor and research excellence.

The Maharani Lakshmi Ammanni College for Women, the proud publisher of mJACS, remains steadfast in its commitment to fostering research despite various challenges. Our mission is clear—to promote a culture of inquiry and innovation, and we are deeply honored by the trust the academic community has placed in us.

The overwhelming response from authors has been truly heartening, and we extend our sincere thanks to each one of you for your valuable contributions to this edition. Your support is the driving force behind the success of our journal.

We would also like to express our profound gratitude to our esteemed Guest Editors, Dr. Parwinder Kaur and Dr. Abhinandan N. Dr. Kaur's deep dive into Global Economic Trends and Dr. Abhinandan’s analysis on Research & Innovation in Commerce and Management – Recent Initiatives have added immense value and depth to this issue.
