Editorial Note September, 2026
Dear Readers, Authors, Reviewers, and Members of the Academic Community,
It is my privilege to present the September 2026 issue of the mLAC Journal for Arts, Commerce and Sciences (m-JACS), the multidisciplinary, peer-reviewed, open-access quarterly journal of Maharani Lakshmi Ammanni College for Women (Autonomous), Bengaluru. As we publish Volume 4, Issue 3, we reaffirm our commitment to promoting rigorous, ethical, and impactful research across the disciplines of Arts, Commerce, Management, Science, and interdisciplinary studies.
This issue marks an important milestone in the journal's continued evolution. During the past quarter, m-JACS has successfully migrated to the latest version 3.5, providing an enhanced publishing platform with improved editorial workflow, greater security, and a more efficient experience for authors, reviewers, and editors. The successful implementation of iThenticate 2.0 (Crossref Similarity Check) further strengthens our commitment to research integrity by ensuring robust plagiarism screening and maintaining the highest standards of scholarly publishing.
We are also pleased to share that m-JACS continues to expand its academic visibility through Google Scholar, Crossref DOI, and J-Gate indexing, ensuring wider discoverability and accessibility of published research. These developments represent significant progress toward our long-term objective of inclusion in leading international indexing and abstracting databases.
The quality of a scholarly journal is built upon the dedication of its reviewers and editorial board. I extend my heartfelt appreciation to our reviewers for their timely, constructive, and objective evaluations, and to our Editorial Board members whose expertise continues to strengthen the journal's academic excellence. Their invaluable contributions ensure that every manuscript published in m-JACS reflects originality, methodological rigor, ethical compliance, and meaningful scholarly contribution.
We continue to welcome original research articles, review papers, case studies, and interdisciplinary investigations that address contemporary issues and contribute to academic knowledge and societal advancement. Researchers and academicians from diverse disciplines are warmly invited to join our growing community of contributors and reviewers.
On behalf of the Editorial Board, I express my sincere gratitude to our authors, reviewers, readers, and the management of Maharani Lakshmi Ammanni College for Women for their unwavering support and confidence in m-JACS. Together, we shall continue our journey toward greater academic excellence, international visibility, and impactful scholarly communication.
With warm regards,
Dr. Sushil Kumar Middha
